According to McKinsey, 70% of transformations fail due to employee resistance. Invest in building a growth mindset by offering learning and development opportunities as well as opportunities to try out new ideas. This promotes adaptability, innovation and ultimately competitive advantage.

A Gartner study shows that companies with effective change management are 3x more likely to be successful. Ensure clear, consistent communication at all levels. Take into account different preferences, from town halls to face-to-face team meetings, and create safe spaces for open discussion.
