Extrinsic values prioritise wealth, power and individual rewards over cooperation and empathy.&nbsp;This perspective has implications for corporate culture: ➡ Organisations that prioritise extrinsic values run the risk of fostering a culture of competition, self-interest and aggression. ➡ In contrast, companies that promote intrinsic values such as empathy and community cultivate collaboration, inclusivity and shared goals.Throughout the week, as I reflected on the article, I couldn't stop drawing parallels to the corporate world and thinking about suggestions for how leaders can positively shape their organisational culture and create business impact.
